Terrible remote and stopped working after 1 month

Was excited to give this to my son for his first Eid gift. It looks cute and I like the personalization, but that’s about it. I’m not sure if I was sent a bad one but the return policy isn’t good from what I read. From the start the remote and buttons was really hard to press and use and you need to be like 4 inches away from it at the most if you want it to work. The voice is literally if you recorded a little kid on your phone and added it to a stuffed animal which was fine but not ideal. And then after a month the remote doesn’t work at all so now it’s just an expensive stuffed animal that sits on a shelf. Don’t recommend
